The Family ticket 2+1 is intended for users with a child between 4 and 12 years age

For each additional child in the household, the cost will only be  5.50€ . In this event, tickets can only be purchased in person at the Complex's ticket office, so that membership can be verified on presentation of the citizen's ID card.

Exchanges, date changes or refunds of purchased tickets are not accepted.

Not allowed:

• The entry of individuals who do not offer guarantees of the necessary hygiene of the water, who show signs of drunkenness or drug addiction;
• The entry of users who show obvious signs of contagious diseases, who have open wounds or who are not properly healed;
• Children under the age of 12 may enter the premises unaccompanied by a parent, guardian or adult;
• Bringing glass bottles, cans or any other sharp objects onto the premises;
• The entry of parasols, chairs, windbreakers and tents (camping, beach or shelters) or any other type of tent not specified, with the exception of the Anti-Uv pop-up baby tent);
• The entry of alcoholic beverages;
• Entering the water wearing inappropriate clothing (t-shirts, pants, skirts, dresses or other clothing with the exception of lycra t-shirts that are tight to the body and/or suitable for dermatological problems);
• Deitar lixo fora dos recipientes próprios;
• Pneumatic objects, inflatables, flippers, balls and boards with the exception of children's armbands or baby buoys with bottom support;
• Entering the Water Park with and/or using roller skates, bicycles or any other personal transport equipment, motorized or not, namely: scooters, skateboards, hoverboards and electric children's cars;
• Use of remote-controlled toys and drones;
• Radios or stereos, unless used with headphones;
• Playing with a ball, or other unmonitored games/activities;
• Urinating in swimming pool water;
• The access and permanence of people outside the service in reserved areas;
• Any behavior that puts the physical integrity of other users at risk.

Mandatory

• Bikinis, swimsuits, swimming trunks and burkis are compulsory for all visitors, including babies;
• Shower before entering the pool;
• Always follow the instructions on the slides and pools;
• Respect and comply with all recommendations and instructions given by service personnel;
• If users wish to leave and return to the Municipal Outdoor Swimming Pools on the same day, they must obtain a wristband for re-entry from reception or the ticket office on presentation of their ticket purchase slip;
• Re-entry can only be carried out on presentation of the wristband and failure to do so requires the purchase of a new ticket;
• Keep the ticket until you leave the premises;
• Use of swimming pool diapers for children up to 2 years old;
• Wearing shorts or a swimsuit from the age of 2;

General

• There are no refunds on tickets purchased;
• The administration is not responsible for stolen valuables;
• The administration reserves the right to expel anyone who behaves dangerously or incorrectly;
• Report all occurrences to the person in charge on behalf of the Administration.
