The Viver Santarém started the season in style, participating in the Opening Day held in Entroncamento on the day October 19, 2025.
The team was represented by 13 nadadores, 11 femininos e 2 masculinos – accompanied by Prof. Renato Rodrigues – accompanied by Prof. Filipe Torres.
The female swimmers were Benedita Lagarinhos, Catarina Fragoso, Diana Oliveira, Lara Januário, Laura Morais, Madalena Salgado, M. Amélia Torres, Mª Carolina Fidalgo, Mª Eduarda Parente, Mª Leonor Serôdio e Marta Ferreira, while the male swimmers were Guilherme Leitão e Salvador Silva.
In total, the competition was attended by 147 swimmers (80 male and 67 female), representing 12 clubs.
During the race, Viver Santarém athletes performed excellently, achieving outstanding results and breaking 45 personal records, a reflection of the commitment, dedication and competitive spirit of the entire team.
