Aquatic Motricity consists of low intensity exercises with little joint impact and adapted to the mobility, strength and natural physical endurance of each student. It promotes health and well-being by performing specific exercises in the aquatic environment, helping to improve motor coordination, balance, strength and endurance.
At EAAS, aquatic motor skills are subdivided into senior aquatic motor skills (> 65 years) and aquatic motor skills (students of working age).
